More and more we see that owners are looking for a trustworthy representation-agent in ports where they are planning their events such as crew changes, vetting-inspections, technical surveys, repairs and all other necessary services which may occur. A reason for this may be that most agents consider loading and unloading of cargo as their main concern which brings the owner of a vessel on a second level. Nowadays, more and more strengthened ISPS, customs and immigration formalities may easily lead to excessive owner’s expenses when such operations are not well prepared and monitored by their agent.
Therefore we have set up a separate division inside our service in order to safe time and money for our respective clients.
